For the summer of 2018, The Minnesota Center for Book arts (MCBA) selected my project Alphabet of Minneapolis for their MCBA Collegiate Fellowship. I had the opportunity to research this city’s vernacular signs, aiming to develop an alphabet with the type found throughout Minneapolis.
The Minnesota Center for Book Arts (MCBA) Collegiate Fellowship program is awarded to senior and graduate-level students who have demonstrated interest and ability in the book arts the opportunity to complete an advanced project.
The project was on view at the New Editions show in December 2018 and is currently for sale in the MCBA shop.
